Athletes eat up alot of real estate playing sports year round.  It is important that we restore that space and engrain correct patterns before entering the strengthening phase. Loading faulty patterns will just increase stiffness and pain.

Strengthen the Body  

Teaching athletes proper squat and deadlift mechanics—both double-leg and single-leg—helps establish strong movement patterns while building valuable, functional muscle. When performed correctly, especially with young athletes, these exercises support the strength, control, and rotation needed for safe stopping, sharp cutting, and faster running.

Powering Up

Power is built by learning how to move with purpose. Athletes develop real, transferable power by combining strength, rotation, and efficient movement. Athletes learn how to apply force into the ground, move through space with confidence, and turn strength into speed. Every session is designed to help athletes accelerate harder, change direction faster, and move more explosively — all while building the foundation for long-term performance and durability. 

Speed and Agility

Developing rotational mechanics allow athletes to run faster and stop more efficiently. We teach from the foot all the way to upper body helping us propel forward faster and stopping and cutting more efficiently. Foot pronation, shin angle change, hip rotation, and upper body torque are all blended in to allow for fluid and fast acceleration.


 


Open Space

To run faster, your joints need space to move and your hips must rotate correctly. Speed isn’t just effort—it’s mechanics. But most of us lose that space over years of playing the same sport, repeating the same patterns, and narrowing the way our body can move. When rotation disappears, the body compensates and true speed becomes impossible. Restoring space is the first step to unlocking real speed.

Strengthen the New Space

The next step is teaching your joints new movement patterns—patterns that let you use torque and rotation the way the body is meant to. Once you restore space, the hips, spine, and ribcage can learn to coordinate again, creating strength in those patterns such as squats, deadlifts, and push and pull patterns. It will help reinforce those patterns and allow you to get stronger and build muscle without losing mobility and athletic movement.

Power Up The Space

The final step is adding strength and power to these new movement patterns. Once your body has space and proper rotation, building force on top of that foundation allows speed to happen naturally, efficiently, and safely. Using Bands and Straps to level up our power in these Running Positions.
