Athlete Program is in a group format that runs all year from Monday through Thursday.  We fill all athletic buckets using high-end technology to track our data and the best training equipment to ensure that they are training like an athlete.  Strength, Power, Speed, Agility and Mobility are the key aspects for any athlete to become successful.  I have 23 years of training experience with over a dozen of the highest certifications in the industry (check my bio).  I have also taught at the high school level for 23 years giving me a leg up in educating kids and young adults. I played sports at a high level and have been learning and training for over two decades.   Being able to get kids to understand how to become better movers under intent is the key to becoming successful at their sport and I can guarantee athletes get better here each day!

Pain free and Mobile is a system used to figure out where your body has shifted through time.  Using assessments we can pinpoint where your pelvis and ribcage are located through deficits.  We reset the body to give you back your lost internal and external rotation layer by layer.  Assessments can be used again to ensure that the mobility restrictions have been removed and your range og motion has been restored.

My name is Michael Blaylock, and for the last 20 years I have been able to help athletes increase power production, improve speed, enhance reactive agility, promote strength, as well as reduce the risk of injury.  I have also designed a personal training program for youth and adults that helps people move better without pain, lose significant weight, and build strength.  Our program is very affordable, has multiple platforms to allow for modifications for people at any level, and is a great environment for you to reach your goals.
