Athlete Program is in a group format that runs all year from Monday through Thursday.  We fill all athletic buckets using high-end technology to track our data and the best training equipment to ensure that they are training like an athlete.  Strength, Power, Speed, Agility and Mobility are the key aspects for any athlete to become successful.  I have 23 years of training experience with over a dozen of the highest certifications in the industry (check my bio).  I have also taught at the high school level for 23 years giving me a leg up in educating kids and young adults. I played sports at a high level and have been learning and training for over two decades.   Being able to get kids to understand how to become better movers under intent is the key to becoming successful at their sport and I can guarantee athletes get better here each day!
