Our program has now moved to a semi-private setting.  Each group has a maximum of 4 athletes. Sports have changed and now are played all year round, thus allowing for repetitive stress patterns and mobility issues.  These issues have caused problems when incorporating strength, power, speed and agility.  A more individualized approach is needed to restore mobility, allowing for the athlete to genuinely get into athletic positions.  Teaching the squat, hinge, push, and pull patterns can make a huge impact on a strength profile, but not at the cost of movement.  We need to complement and enhance an athlete's ability to move.  Our speed program develops from the foot all the way up the kinetic chain emphasizing rotational movements.  Our change of direction program begins by teaching the athlete to get into correct positions, rehearsing those positions, and then adding in a reactive component that ensures those positions can be used in an actual sporting event.  Strength and power are taught correctly and then progressed to translate on the field or court.  Train like an athlete and fill all the buckets needed to be a better athlete.
