My name is Michael Blaylock, and for the last 20 years I have been able to help athletes increase power production, improve speed, enhance reactive agility, promote strength, as well as reduce the risk of injury.  I have also designed a personal training program for youth and adults that helps people move better without pain, lose significant weight, and build strength.  Our program is very affordable, has multiple platforms to allow for modifications for people at any level, and is a great environment for you to reach your goals.
